Order a voucher
How the voucher reaches you
You choose the amount and add who it is for and who it is from. If you like, add a few personal words. After payment we email you the voucher as a PDF, ready to print and give.
A voucher does not count towards the number of bottles in your order. So you can order it on its own or add it to the basket with your wine.
If you need several vouchers with different dedications, simply add them to the basket one after the other.
Redeem at the Heuriger, in the Vinothek and online
At the Heuriger (wine tavern) you redeem the voucher on our Ausg'steckt days, in the Vinothek Thu to Fri 10 am to 6 pm, Sat 10 am to 2 pm. We simply scan the QR code.
In the web shop, enter the code at checkout in the field “Discount code or gift card”. You do not have to use the amount all at once: whatever is left stays on the voucher.
The QR code shows how much is left: it leads to a page with the current balance. It also lists everywhere you can redeem it.
At the Heuriger the voucher is valid for food and drink, just as it is for our organic wine in the Vinothek.
If the email does not arrive
If you cannot find the email with the voucher, check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there either, call us or write to us via the contact form. We will send you the voucher again.
Prefer a card?
In the Vinothek you can also get vouchers as a printed card. It carries a QR code too and can be redeemed wherever the web shop voucher can: at the Heuriger, in the Vinothek and online.
