Ried Hutweide
The grapes for Rosé Pinot noir 2025 grow in the Ried Hutweide vineyard in Teesdorf, on pure gravel that holds hardly any water and naturally has little humus. Its rows are green all year, sown with clover, phacelia and buckwheat instead of grass. We use no herbicides.
The 2025 harvest
The must for Rosé Pinot noir 2025 measured 18 °KMW: the Klosterneuburg must scale shows how much sugar is in the grape juice, one degree being roughly one per cent.
